Are estimates free?
Yes. We come out, walk the property with you, and give you a written estimate at no charge.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the county and the scope. Grading, septic, and land disturbance over certain sizes usually need one. We'll tell you what applies and help you through it.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A single driveway, a drainage fix, or a backyard regrade gets the same attention as a full lot.
How long does clearing take?
A typical residential lot runs one to three days depending on density, access, and whether you want mulching or full clearing to dirt.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
What areas do you serve?
